So both dogs have had their check ups and we will get the travel docs on the 2nd of April. I can't believe I am saying this but I am glad to be going back to Florida. Dad is much easier to deal with in his own home.
Problem is that will not last long because we cannot afford full time care in the US.
Today we travel to Arenal volcano and hopefully some new sites to take his mind off of being in Costa Rica instead of Florida. He likes it here, but not enough.

@sghamel Look into all the ways medicare & medicaid can help. He might be eligible for the duel advantage plans from UHC & others.

He does currently have Medicare plus supplemental. I have to look into the benefits of both to determine what options we have. I also need to see if he can claim the disability of dementia on his taxes.

I'd he is over 65 & on Social Security, he would have to be making quite a bit of money to even have to pay any income tax!
