Eta - yeah, a search on that name shows a woman who looks like her.
White is her husband's last name. She's well known as San Francisco's Fire Chief for 15yrs

But you have to admit the comma and hyphenation could be easily misread as:

The printing should have made it much clearer with more space after the comma, or by using a colon instead.
