Finally got around to making the pasta sauce for the frozen raviolis. Well, the sauce was from a can BUT I always spruce it up, (add spices, tomato paste, diced tomatoes, etc), and make more of it for freezing. I even forced myself to put together a salad even though my knees were screaming.

Pulled myself away from all the busy “To Do’s” for the day and told myself, “EAT BREAKFAST! And not just a cup of coffee!”
It’s just too easy to lose track of time and not focus on the things that are healthy for me. But, I did this time AND sat at the dining table instead of on the couch in front of the TV. 👏
When I got home there was a package waiting for me. Yer another delivery put on the ground when there is a perfectly good patio table and a chair. It seems odd to me that the delivery folks will bend down to put my packages when they could save themselves, (and me), the strain on their, (and my), back’s especially when it’s large boxes. Oh so odd.
The Serrano and jalapeño pepper’s are roasted. Just waiting for them to cool down before bagging ‘em up, which will be into regular baggies until I call Mueller tomorrow to see if they can help me figure out why the food saver won’t vacuum.
Gawd roasting chilies is a pain the ass! Good thing they taste so yummy.
