They tell you that Jenin is a "refugee camp".
There is a neighborhood in Jenin that used to be a refugee camp, back in the 1960's-70's. But now it's just another neighborhood in the city. It has paved streets, multi-story modern buildings, power and water (both provided by Israel). It has both cable and a plethora of satellite dishes. It has a number of new car dealers including Kia, Skoda, and Sputnik.
It's a city, like many other cities in the Middle East.

“We completed our $15 billion share repurchase commitment and announced an increase to our quarterly dividend of approximately 30 percent.”" Gas prices are $3.41 in Findlay. Marathon could cut prices by $1.50 and not hurt their profits but they choose not to do it.
