The interview went too well. This is how it goes when I get the "overqualified" result. I should change my middle name to "Overqualified" #jobSearch
@scottyorange I think overqualified means "We don't actually care whether someone good does it, and we don't want to pay for talent".
@AskTheDevil whenever an interview isn't challenging and seems super easy is when I suspect this is happening.
@scottyorange The warning signs you learn to notice. Like when I learned that "We want to hire a rock star" meant "We want to pay you in praise instead of money, while expecting you to work without pause."
