In D&D, the deity that spreads plague or says to sacrifice the unbeliever is usually the one that the good guys have to stop their evil minions.

@scottyorange I would point out that so does the wit exist to cure it.
But here we are, sharing oxygen with people who think vaccines go against god's will because of the radio waves of the cell phones they won't put down.
And people who would rather their workers pee in bottles or die in wars that cure the sick or feed a family or educate a child.
My favorite joke about my Parent is the one that ends "I sent you 2 boats and a helicopter!"
