What ground my gears at work today:
When you go to the vet with your pet, plan ahead and tell them what you'd like done when you book the appointment. Don't be standing there at the desk like "Oh, and can you cut their nails? And look at this random spot on their paw? And do this complicated arithmetic problem? And tell me why they stare at the ceiling?"
I'm exaggerating, but only just a little. Get it together, people.
@corlin Yeah! We love when people come in with their thoughts written down. They're less likely to forget something they wanted to ask about. It's the worst when we're checking someone out and they're like "By the way..." π₯΄

When I went to the vet today, they had my cats complete history that I wrote out before the first time I visited.
Today I had a written note discussing my concerns, and updated my catβs symptoms.
The staff remarked about it, and said thanks.
Vets are busy people.
