So I would like to dual-boot my new pc so I can run either ubuntu or win10 & apparently I can only install ubuntu if I turn off RAID in the bios & that will hork my windows install (which I am unfortunately now invested in).

Supposedly I could resurrect windows w/a lengthy list of low-level commands & registry edits, but it's a bit daunting.

I don't suppose this is a problem that time will cure, is it? As in, soon the ubuntu maintainers will figure out a way to live w/RAID as-is?
