Wish me luck y'all--I need to convince one of my neighbors to join me to run the HOA. I'm treasurer for ~ 4 years now, but all our other officers have moved away. There are only 20 properties in the community & I'm keen to keep the HOA functional so we can replace a fence that's fixing to fall over.
@corlin Thanks! I'm hoping at least one of the ppl who show up for the (unilaterally declared by me) virtual meeting tonight will volunteer.

Getting volunteers can be a thankless task.
