I get through to the manager okay, but then she puts me on hold & eventually comes back saying they need to see video of the TV in its boot loop. I need to e-mail this footage, and then call them back tomorrow after they've had a chance to review it.
Also, the video should not be > 2MB.
I'll call them back b/c I'm invested now, but geez--if you're going to welch out on your warranty, just say so & save me the aggravation.
