I get through to the manager okay, but then she puts me on hold & eventually comes back saying they need to see video of the TV in its boot loop. I need to e-mail this footage, and then call them back tomorrow after they've had a chance to review it.
Also, the video should not be > 2MB.
okay, maybe 'kafkaesque' is an overstatement. But was on the phone--mostly on hold--for something like 3 hours (including the manufacturer. The escalated costco person tried repeatedly to get in touch w/the manager needed to actually do anything for me & eventually gave up & gave me the manager's #.
