Thank you ✨ It really could be something harmless like adhesions or unrelated like diverticulitis. But the type of cancer I am supposed to be in remission from, recurs the most in the first two years after treatment. I finished treatment at the end of January. It is a time for vigilance now and I have a good doc.

I am only allergic to the dye they use for imaging the back of the eye - it makes me pass out. CT contrast is fine.

#cancer follow-up surveillance visit done.
This follow-up hasn't revealed anything evil and everything looked good, which is awesome. But because I have been having cramp-like pains, I need an imaging study. CT w contrast in a week, then seeing my oncologist again on Dec 12 to discuss results and strategies. Fuck. My. Life.

I just read the thread. I am so sad to find out that treatment with the best hopes and intentions has been so devastating. My prayer is that mercy will start taking identifiable shapes around your beloved and yourself, STAT. Because right now I cannot even see it and you need to see, feel, touch, and breathe mercy. Sending fierce love from my end.

Took an entire day of sick time because I will be going to my three-month #cancer surveillance later today. I thought I would get tons of work done before having to get ready. That was a mistake - and not a half-ass little oops either...

ISO background political TV during the day. With Joe and Mika selling out, we are gone from MSNBC; we tried CNN this morning. Lasted five minutes. Now trying Free Speech TV. Still hoping for some evening hosts remaining watchable on MSNBC but FFS this is getting hard.
