@LnzyHou Him and every other cat! There are ridiculous numbers of unwanted pets and shelters (including our local one) end up having to euthanize due to lack of space and resources.
Some shelters have big round ups for strays. They publicize they will trap animals, neuter & release with ear tip clipped. Cheaper & more practical than feeding/shots for endless number of kittens.
