I am at the a la carte antibiotics stage: sent msg to PCP on portal, telling her the gross symptoms I am having, and that I am self-diagnosing a sinus infection and which specific antibiotic I would like. God bless that woman, she prescribed them. Then I had a retina appointment - retina holding nicely for a change!!! - but then I needed sunglasses and I was already masking and now here is the best selfie of my entire damn life.
