UPDATE: the routine doesn't make you a better typist. I just wrote Mary Queer of the Scots in my Power Points.
New health and beauty routine:
1. In half-awake state after the alarm, have a coffee.
2. Comfort your dogs during the storm.
3. Make another cup of coffee.
4. Get in shower, wash hair.
5. Try to finish now-lukewarm second cup of coffee after you towel off.
6. Pour it on your naked body.
7. Now you are healthy and beautiful.
