Rough going but heading in the right direction. Unavoidable useage of left hand/arm takes its toll at night. Sleeping is limited.

Thank you darling 🩷🌸🩷. Couple friends went to Aldi’s for me yesterday. Fridge is filled with healing fresh foods. Cooking them is my challenge.
