I love #VisibleMending as a metaphor for life: brokenness leads to usefulness and uniqueness. I also love it as just about the most soothing activity. But today is even better: I threaded my needle without using one of those little needle threading tools! Ten eye surgeries and partial blindness in one eye, huge struggle to keep whatever vision I have make this a sweet victory.
