POTUS can't change SCOTUS. Only congress can, and they need 60 votes to do it.

@thereal_renaissance_man I know. But Biden has been saying it is too radical to change it and the power of persuasion from the President is significant. As for Congress, *we* change who is in there. Today is a call to arms.
