@Victor If it has pepperoni?
@poemblaze It has a tortilla. Tostadas can be made using either corn or flour tortillas. You can top it off with whatever you deem appropriate it
@Victor OK. It's a tostada. And a pizza. 😁
@poemblaze Tostizza it shall be then...
The veggie pizza with cauliflower crust I buy at Aldi’s is great. No wheat at all.
@LnzyHou I find it a bit more tasty with some wheat. My main concern is sugar, not gluten.
@poemblaze Is it tasty? It does look good.
@piquant00 I really liked it.
@poemblaze We love cauliflower pizzas! I've failed to make a satisfactory crust myself, but Milton's makes a really good frozen cauliflower pizza with organic toppings (which they sometimes sell at Costco!).
@kay_dub The tortillas I bought work fairly well, but it might work better to eat it with a fork. Will see if it helps to toast the tortilla first, or if the result is the same.
@poemblaze Ahh. That's what happened with my homemade ones. They were tasty enough, but not sturdy enough to eat with hands. I forget Milton's are actually cauliflower, until I get a new box!
@poemblaze wouldn't this be technically a tostada?
