@insomniacviolin The earliest known ancestors I am confident in are around 1400. My ancestors of the surname Parrot(t) have lived in the region of Audincourt, France for hundreds of years, and there are birth and death records.
@poemblaze nice! Dad has a cousin doing genealogy stuff and worked back to 1300/1400 Jettebrüch in Germany I believe?
