This from an Ohio birth record on Ancestry. The additional information is always the name of one of the parents. 🤔

@poemblaze I used Ancestry, and talked my brothers and sister into doing it also. When all the results came back they turned out to be full brothers and sisters and they were all half siblings to me. That’s when I found out that my dad was not my birth father. I did figure out who my biological dad was a year after he passed away. Now I’m left with more questions than answers. You never know what you’ll find when you delve into your DNA.
