@Kem @Camerondotca There's a professional soccer team coming to my city. New stadium and everything. I would like to get motivated, but I don't pay attention to baseball, American football, hockey, or anything else. I'd be making an exception. 🤣
@Camerondotca My team, as such, is the baseball Cardinals. If they're in a pennant run I sometimes start to watch. I used to be more interested, but that has faded.
@poemblaze yep. I would prefer the Canadians won, I am aware of who is on the team and how they're doing, but hockey culture is a toxic mess. I love women's hockey, so I watch that when it's on. Same as women's football and rugby.
@Camerondotca @poemblaze I don’t like watching sports in general (I do play sports though) but in pro sports , amazing stuff happens sometimes and I like those moments.
@poemblaze football is the most amazing game. But! I don't really like sports crowds/culture. So, I like the game, but not the experience. I live in Montreal, so hockey is a religion. I have been to three games in my life and watch maybe 2 a year (in non-olympic years).
