From 1990 to 2000 I owned that part of the farm. Then my outgo grew much larger than my income.
My 40+ acres became outgo to raise income which itself became outgo. Lawyers can do that.
@Dane Yes they are. I was a gentleman farmer, in the sense that the farming has been rented out since 1960.

I keep up 3.5 acres of orchard, rose garden, bamboo garden, etc, etc. and it kicks my arse caring for it. My hat is off to farmers. They are way badass.
