@pennyphilosophy the problem is profits over people in almost every Corp disaster.
@NorCalCherylLyn reducing use of processed foods is the healthy choice in all instances imo. we have sacrificed everything for convenience.
@pennyphilosophy we have…I have! And wished I’d been more thoughtful in the past.
Just in a overall health way processing food to that level is bad. Not to mention the accidental problems and the stuff like the contaminated baby formula plant.
We were gradually getting less processed food every month then a slightly elevated cholesterol report has moved that along. We are relearning things!
