Rice has naturally occuring arsenic. .Where it is
grown can increase the load.
China and India have a lot of arsenic in their water. But they aint the only ones ....

@MistyKitty3 should imagine it aint better, considering the state of pollution and production these days.
we eat rice a few times a week. following the mitigation ideas we have offered here has helped us to process. we use apple pectin among other things to remove heavy metals in the body.

@pennyphilosophy Between Nicaraguans (who brought in the article to work, & freaking out), Mexicans, Cubans, Central Americans, South Americans & Jamaicans, we all eat rice every day, 2x day & not a 1/2 cup serving. Servings are 1 to 2 cups cooked rice. π We're all going to die.
