One last post and this is good news because the fifth member doesn’t want to burn them either.

The tribal chairmen’s’ agreement through the MOU and the judge means the judge informs the fifth member who has the key to the repository.

There is an agreement not to burn the artifacts, presumably between chairpersons.

Well… they’re leaving the courthouse.

The judge denied their petition as well BUT there is an MRU - a covenant between the tribes and burning the artifacts would mean violating that covenant. The two tribes disagree. So they told them they cannot proceed with burning the artifacts. Let’s hope they listen. There will be people in the meeting in the morning as well as people at Wounded Knee.
