Any RA sufferers out there happy to share tips on managing this darn condition?

@nursefrombirth @Eyebee Two things. You may not like the first. Ditch dairy. I have a rare form of RA and it basically went away when I stopped eating dairy. I get it every now an then now instead of all the time. Also, buy Amla Powder from Terra foods. 1 tsp a day in water. It just helped my husband with arthritis in knee. Also good for high BP, blood sugar and cholesterol.

I've heard good things about Alma Powder, great anti-inflammatory and cholesterol lowering properties
