Finally:
More than 230 doctors declare Trump too unstable to serve in ad campaign from George Conwayâs PAC
The open letter will be published on Thursday as a paid advertisement in The New York Times, and states that Trumpâs âsymptoms of severe, untreatable personality disorder â malignant narcissismâ have rendered him âdeceitful, destructive, deluded, and dangerousâ as well as âgrossly unfit for leadership.â
Nice, whew!!!
"Donald Trump has no choice but be a malignant narcissist but we have the choice, we can choose, whether or not to put a malignant narcissist in the White House again."
"Trump is a Danger to the Republic" - Mental Health Professionals Are Sounding the Alarm
@nursefrombirth not that I disagree with them but I thought psychologists weren't allowed to diagnose people who aren't their patients?
@dietotaku I think they say he "has symptoms" based on observation and suggest further neurological testing.
@nursefrombirth Publishing this in the NYT is basically virtue signaling. It won't reach the people that it should be targeted at. It should be published in papers such at the Atlanta Journal Constitution, The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Charlotte Observer, etc..
The OPEN LETTER: A letter from mental health professionals on Trumpâs dangerous psychopathology
Detractors object that we mental health professionals cannot render such a diagnosis without first examining the patient, citing the âGoldwater Rule.â We believe that we have an overriding ethical duty to warn the public of the danger this individual poses. History has taught us that in such circumstances, saying nothing is never the more ethical choice.
