The fastest way to find your Twitter friends on Mastodon is to run Debirdify (https://pruvisto.org/debirdify/), export the list to your computer, and upload into Mastodon to follow them all.

I think the reason why such a thing has never existed for the 5 years that CoSo has been around is that it requires public-facing profiles to search.
Profiles here are not publicly searchable by default, and you need a Pro membership to change that. This is a great default for safety, especially for victims of harassment or stalking.
So I'm sure this tool could be tweaked to work on CoSo, but it would only work for Pro members who have enabled an external-facing PLP.
