@Eulimnadian @nealfig I thought it a day or two ago. Looks like Scabbott is the leading candidate. Texas could have been an example to the rest of the South in the 21st century but now it's vying to be the worst.

@Eulimnadian Many people seem to have thought this. It's sad that some bad things which happened in the 20th century seem to be more likely to happen these days, including widespread fascism led by right-wing populists.
