1. new EU regulatory act effective 2023/2024 which Muskrat's recent gutting of employees and random ad-hoc rules distinctly place him in direct violation of several;
2. pre-existing US Federal order by the FTC regarding oversight and moderation, which his actions above also violate--and they've noted so publicly;
3. *EXTREMELY* unhappy Tesla investors screaming publicly about leadership (lack thereof), and massive losses (as much as $600B)
