Current state of transition from Twitter to a new social media platform: Mastodon is out as CoSo appears to be a better use of the source code so far and I hate Mastodon’s distributed server idea. Hive appears to be fundamentally broken ATM (which may improve if they can hire more devs). I’m on the Post.news waitlist but that really seems to be very journalism centric - which isn’t a bad thing just not really the kind of alternative to Twitter I’m looking for.
