defense aid from the EU is already beginning to arrive, the US Congress approved $350m in weapons and defense assistance including Stinger javelins and more for immediate distribution to Ukraine...
i'm worried about the ability to *actually* get that stuff into the hands of the Ukrainians without interference from Russian & Belarusian military surrounding the country at most key points.
