there are children i know of in Florida that would literally be on the edge of starvation without the year-round school breakfast+lunch programs, even *without* the pandemic.
i cannot even *BEGIN* to imagine how big an issue this is right now in the pandemic with off again-on again school closures, illnesses, and quarantines.

I can’t even imagine. I know our local food banks have never been so busy and are begging for donations.

This is simply tragic: one in four families with children are suffering food insecurity and this bureaucracy is preventing a billion dollars of relief to reach those who need it. 🙁
