@voltronic Samsung makes a good product. I still miss RIM's Blackberry and it's a pity they didn't adapt fast enough to make their phone OS compatible with Android. #sigh

@Janet 🤣🤣🤣 That's really funny!
“My preference for the 2024 presidency is someone sensible and centrist. I had hoped that would the case for the Biden administration, but have been disappointed so far,” Musk said on #Twitter. CENTRIST? DeSantis? 🙄
Hey peeps, you’ve got 2 more years of subtle & heavy gas lighting - learn how to recognize it. Better yet, stop the weak rationalizations for your Twitter dependence & leave. 🤷♂️
@voltronic I recently got a new Samsung A52 and transition from my older Samsung was so seamless and so easy. I'm well pleased with that
I went to the zoo this afternoon with a small group of Black Friday avoiders. It was a nice clear day in the 40s. Good to be out in the air, ambling around. The best parts included the near-fearless ducks, plain, ordinary mallards. They were on walkabout, away from the big ponds. They've gotten used to folks feeding them popcorn enough that they have hope in their hearts when they see ya sit down on a bench. then saw young baby about being ga-ga over the different animals it was seeing.
High 90s is our 'average' daytime temp. But we are not particularly humid, so it feels cooler in the shade. In the past we used to have an evening/night time cooling from about 25-30 degrees below the day time temp (desert nights are cooler), but with climate change, we've been seeing warmer overnight temps the last couple of years. And that really sucks.
@CelluloidBlonde Ok, as a life long Albuquerquean, I can tell you that we are in a high desert region, in the northern part of the Chihuahuan Desert which extends from Mexico into New Mexico, just outside of ABQ. Our altitude is 5,312ft - a mile above sea level, so the atmospheric air is thinner than at sea level. These affect our range of temperatures. 25F is not that low. We've had past winters at subzero temperatures intermittently over the years.
