@CelluloidBlonde Ok, as a life long Albuquerquean, I can tell you that we are in a high desert region, in the northern part of the Chihuahuan Desert which extends from Mexico into New Mexico, just outside of ABQ. Our altitude is 5,312ft - a mile above sea level, so the atmospheric air is thinner than at sea level. These affect our range of temperatures. 25F is not that low. We've had past winters at subzero temperatures intermittently over the years.
