I would expect such a reparations payment stream to last at least 10 years. This is the price future Russians will pay for permitting Putin to bomb Ukraine into oblivion.

This sets up a workable war reparations sanction regime whereby after the war and after Putin is gone and when Europe can again buy Russian oil, the excess of market price over $60 can be paid by EU directly to Ukraine (on behalf of Russia) as reparations to help rebuild Ukraine.

@th3j35t3r Emphasis on "may." For example, if you committed and were convicted of Seditious Conspiracy and were or are about to become incarcerated, your First Amendment rights were not violated.

@Blueway They were all convicted of at least one of the three charges. Seditious Conspiracy is notoriously difficult to prove in trial and frankly those convictions (Sed Consp) will be lucky to survive appeal. Nonetheless, a jury verdict is a powerful statement and it's got to make former Pres Trump and those around him very nervous.

Like, quickly, before someone else does and then attempts to bar you from using it. (You probably have certain common law rights in that mark now established, but that's getting outside my area of expertise and you should get a TM lawyer to advise you on that.)
