PROTIP: Do not do this. Ever. Neither myself or https://counter.social had any prior knowledge of, or input into this product even though my name, logos and reputation were plastered all over it.

@th3j35t3r You might want to consider registering the trademark "counter.social" and/or your handle/name and/or the site's logo in the US. Like, quickly, before someone else does and then attempts to bar you from using it. (You probably have certain common law rights in that mark now established, but that's getting outside my area of expertise and you should get a TM lawyer to advise you on that.)
@th3j35t3r Having the mark registered might make it easier for you to back people off who try to use your name to profit.
