Good story about subs.
When in 2010 the US Navy wanted to add women to the submariner force.
They did something unique and different that all other military branches.
The started at the top. Not the bottom of the ranks. First senior officers. Then Chefs, then and only then did they open the lower ranks to women. This has proved to be a wining strategy. The crews got used to taking orders from woman, and the female officers could mentor and look out for the new recruits.

People need to remember that the republican politicians are insulated from these up coming posts.
They will never have to worry about their future.
They will never pass anything that directly affects them.
They cut your medicare? They get medical for life, including dental and vision.
Cut your retirement. They get retirement for life, including cost of living raises.
Postage for life.
