I don't think that the election is close at all.
I just think that there are a hell of a lot of very powerful people who have a malicious interest in making it seem that way. #politics
^^ If they report that it's neck and neck, then the civil war cosplayers will lose their shit when he loses in a landslide.
I suspect that's a big part of their plan. #tinfoilhat
@kel Been saying this for weeks. They are telegraphing it big time.
@Tacitus_Kilgore @kel I have contemplated this for the last 16 hours.
They must be adding as many polls as they can to the global average to give the appearance of a close race.
Clearly, since October 2 or 3, they’ve flooded the three main prediction markets (Kalshi, PredictIt, and Polymarket) with as much cash as they can to drive up the price.
@mikeharmanos I am no fan of polls. First of all the data can be manipulated in many ways before it is released, and, in doing so the manipulated data feeds the narrative that influence voters. Polling is a propaganda machine, plain and simple. There really are no rules. @kel
@Tacitus_Kilgore @kel I hear you - there are many factors that influence poll results and, therefore, manipulation exists.
The voice of the poll taker - sounding male, female, or computerized - adds bias.
The difference between “Who will you vote for?” and “Who do you think will win?” also adds tremendous bias.
@mikeharmanos We've even seen recently where a right leaning pollster left out data last week to skew a poll to Trumps benefit. The entire city of Philadelphia was left out of their Pennsylvania poll. @kel
@Tacitus_Kilgore @kel Which one was this? Pennsylvania will always be home for me.
@Tacitus_Kilgore @kel No worries - I found it.

Look at this flaming bad of 💩. Polling malpractice.
“American Greatness” isn’t even identified as a GOP poll.
@mikeharmanos This is why I don't listen to or believe in polls. @kel
