@mikeharmanos I keep telling everyone that I will be happy to take care of their houses for them. All they have to do is sign over the title to me before the 8th.
You might have better luck with a fee model. There's a service out there that will take care of your pets if you rapture that does a one-time fee model. Was never sure they were serious or not.
