Been too long since I recorded something. So long that I forgot to sit further away from the camera, so you'll have to trust me I played the high stuff.
Love this! I actually felt my chest and body relax. I didn't realize I had been holding my breath. Everything about my soul simply relaxed!
I've saved to my watch later list so when I might feel stressed, I'm going to listen to this. 👍🙂
