It is frustratingly amusing, and an exemplification of laziness, to see so many people suddenly piling into BlueSky.
It seems that people do want sites with better control of spam and bots, and a process that sort-of-passes for moderation.
However, they still want it to look more or less exactly like Twitter. AND...they want all of their friends to magically be there on day 1with a fully-formed community.
This is not a realistic attitude for them to have.
