so we're back to this. going to bed at 2 a.m. waking up at 8 a.m.

it doesn't. the world is trespassing on everyone's nervous system these days.

crazy things that can help.
1) when anxiety emerges, talk to yourself as you would to comfort a child with nightmares. everything looks worse at night. let it go until morning, etc.

before getting into bed. lie down next to a wall or other support and raise your legs so your feet rest above your body, just relax 5 minutes.

try doing these easy hand/wrist exercises as you settle in.🥱😴

yes, i understand. when the anxiety gets charged up, it's feels like an attack.
