I think it came out great! 🧸
Which craft? (in my head, the pause between those words has to be so drawn out)
@ExecutiveFunction404 witchcraft! It’s crochet, he came out super lopsided because I couldn’t see what I was doing with the fleece yarn
@ExecutiveFunction404 I started out counting multiple times but it was coming out crooked anyway so I kind of gave up 😂 in my defense this was my first crochet stuffed animal AND my first time using fleece yarn. Have you tried chenille yarn? I was thinking about doing that next time.
@ExecutiveFunction404 I love those!! I had no idea chenille velvet was a thing
Thanks!
Idk if it's called chenille velvet, but it's not like the blanket yarn. It's more velvety and, imo, much, much softer.
And when I was working on my current project earlier, I noticed the yarn I'm currently using is considered velour, not velvet, but it feels the same (except a bit softer, though it could be the brand) & looks very similar.
@lemontart
Chenille is so much easier to work with than furry or velvet, bc it's kind of like a plush yarn that's more structured, like bernat blanket yarn. The stitches are *much* easier to see. This little sloth was made with blanket yarn.
If you mean chenille velvet (why must they be so confusing?!? 😂), it's pretty much the same as the velvet yarn I'm currently using lol. I made the bat out of "chenille velvet".
I LOVE making amigurumi (if you search #crochet, I posted some creations)
