UPDATE:
I'm still in the hospital. Have been since April 30th. The surgery that was supposed to remove my hematoma from my left artificial knee didn't happen until May 7th. I now have a very painful vacuum drain poking out of my thigh and pulling blood + fluids out of the space left behind by my doctor. It burns and stings like a mofo.

Damn man, sending love and light
@leejackson Cripes, I hope you have good insurance! And I hope you recover quickly and well.
@AskTheDevil We've got dual coverage through Blue Cross/Blue Shield Federal PPO and Medicare Part A *only*, which combine to pretty much make inpatient hospital stays cost me nothing except the check-in co-payment. Hard to beat for most cases.
@leejackson. Ouch. Pain meds. Stat.
@leejackson I have had a few surgeries that required those drains, they are sheer agony and the worst pain I remember ever having . I hope that you are healing up and home soon!
@leejackson ARGH! I hope things look up from that!
