I'll be heading out to the hospital in a couple of hours for my ACDF back surgery today. I have to be there at 5:30am Central US Time for a 7:30am operation, which will take just over 2 hours to complete.
I'll be away from the computer while I'm in the hospital for a couple of days to recover. I'll check back in after I get home and get in shape to get online.

@leejackson Good luck! If there’s PT involved after surgery: take pain meds about 45 minutes before each PT session and do the homework exercises they give you religiously.
