Having Jasmine Dragon Ball Black Tea from Teavivre (https://www.teavivre.com/jasmine-dragon-ball-black-tea.html). Good stuff, but it needs 194°F water and my new electric kettle only does either 190°F or 200°F. How do you handle that, CoSoCaffeineNauts? Overtemp or undertemp?
@MrsBentoBako Makes sense - I have to measure it out before I pour it into the steeper anyway. I can let it sit in the cup measurer. I was hoping for a non-thermometer solution, though. Sigh.
Go 200°F and wait a minute before pouring out of the kettle.

Heat to 200, then let it sit and cool down to proper temp.
Easy peasy.
