@Smersh I am genuinely shocked and not entirely convinced this is a good idea: fracturing the Web should really only be done in extreme circumstances that impact the Web as such. That said, Iran, North Korea, Mainland China, and Russia have all been making parallel national intranets for awhile now. Maybe also Syria?
