Here's a recipe for you. You can spice it up with sharp cheddar, pepper jack, sliced jalapeño, etc. Basically anything you’d mix into cornbread.

I’ve made this in the foil loaf pans and mixed in spicier stuff for each pan. I think one batch will make 3 small casseroles. YUMMY!

@BrightEyedDyer It's slow going for me, because I am a thrower and not a picker. I frogged what I had because it was going to be waaay too wide and had to come down another needle size - we'll see how this goes. I don't know if I want to use a US5 on a light worsted or not...it calls for a US8 but like I said, it's kinda thin for an Aran weight.

I would recommend learning on a smooth cotton (like LB 24/7) and making a potholder. :)
